Their flagship product, Beam, provides authentic eye-to-eye connection instantly across distance, allowing you to move within a space and engage in real time. More than a telepresence robot, Beam allows you to collaborate seamlessly, review work, present to any gathering, and tour any venue no matter where you are in the world.

SuitableTech is a telepresence company in the Bay Area that works to connect people and businesses all over the world… without traveling! SuitableTech’s Beam revolutionized mobile telepresence, so it’s only natural we revolutionized their brand with a new look. We created a dynamic website, fresh UX design, and more to accompany the company’s next chapter.

Beam allows you to feel like you’re in there in the room no matter where you actually are in the world. It provides authentic eye-to-eye connection instantly across distance, allowing you to seamlessly move within the space and engage with people there in real time. It’s more than a video conference tool, it’s a mobile robot that you can operate to move within the space.

As part of our brand development work, we developed the app UX for the Beam software team. The app allows you to set up your Beam(s) on your network, and see additional Beams that you were invited to in their locations. Using Beam, you can telecommute to the studio to join your creative team, troubleshoot an unexpected development on a new project, walk the trade show floor to see clients and the latest tech, and even tour museums for fun.

For the launch of the BeamPro 2 at CES, we created a series of animations showcasing the updated product design as well as its new features. This quick walk-through gave viewers a clear update so they could get up to speed in less than a minute.
